- Advice, guidance and emotional support
- Information about your rights
- Organisation of (safe) accommodation
- Urgent provision of food, clothing and hygiene items
- Referral to solicitors and doctors upon request
- Contacting and cooperating with consulates, police and other authorities upon request
- Support and assistance in criminal or civil proceedings
- Help in finding prospects in Germany or returning to your country of origin
Our services are free of charge and confidential! If you do not speak German or English, we work with interpreters! We will only pass on information to the police or other authorities at your request!
